These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your application for and listing in Hosanna House (the "Directory"), operated by Hosanna House ("we,"

"us," or "our"). By checking the agreement box at checkout and completing

payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You must read and agree to these Terms before submitting payment. Checking the agreement box at checkout and completing payment indicates your full acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not complete your purchase.

 

2. DIRECTORY LISTING

The Directory is a paid listing service that features approved brow artists and service providers. Your listing may include the information you provide, such as your name, business name, location, contact details, and social media handles. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you submit is accurate, current, and lawful.

 

3. PAYMENT AND NO-REFUND POLICY

All listing fees are due in full at the time of purchase. All payments are final

and non-refundable. If you choose to remove yourself from the Directory before the end of your listing period, you will not be entitled to a refund, credit, or partial reimbursement for any unused time. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

 

4. CODE OF CONDUCT

As a member of the Directory, you agree to:

- Represent your services and qualifications honestly and accurately;

- Treat clients, fellow members, and Hosanna House team with professionalism and respect;

- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and lawful practice in line with your local

regulations and licensing requirements;

- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, defamation, or any conduct that

brings the Directory or its members into disrepute;

- Refrain from posting false, misleading, or harmful content in connection

with your listing.

 

5. RIGHT TO REMOVE OR SUSPEND

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, remove, or decline any listing — with or without notice — if a member fails to abide by this Code of Conduct or otherwise breaches these Terms. Removal for a breach of conduct does

not entitle the member to any refund.

 

6. LISTING PERIOD AND RENEWAL

Your listing remains active for 12 months. Listings renew automatically. We will provide reasonable notice of any renewal terms where required.

 

7. CONTENT AND RESPONSIBILITY

You retain ownership of the content you submit but grant us a license to display it within the Directory for the duration of your listing. You are solely

responsible for your own services, client interactions, and business practices. Hosanna House is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, any agreement or service provided between you and your clients.

 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Directory is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hosanna House will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your listing or its removal, including loss of clients, income, or reputation.

 

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued listing in the Directory after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
