Our name Hosanna(pronounced ho·san·nah) in Hosanna House is based on the Greek Word found in the New Testament Bible (Matthew 21:9, 15, MarkWelcome to our web site! We hope you will be inspired, encouraged and challenged in your own faith journey! 11:9-10, John 12:13). It stems from two combined Hebrew words of the Old Testament, pronounced yaw-shah - to save or deliver and naw - I (we) pray (Psalm 118:21-27).

Although it was originally intended as to mean “save/deliver us, I/we pray”, the word Hosanna is now more often used as an expression of praise.

Our ministry name Hosanna House reminds us to give Jesus Christ all the glory and praise in all that we do because of His salvation plan for each of us.

Our mission is to inspire, encourage and challenge others to have and develop an intimate relationship with Jesus Chist and with others.

We believe that God chooses each of us through our experiences to accomplish this. We are reminded of this through God's Word:

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble, with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3-4
